Trailer of the Month: A Rebuttal
If you want to see a great trailer, check out the preview for the new J.J. Abrams project. (If you don't know J.J. by name, I'm sure you're familiar with some of his work: Felicity, Alias, Lost, Mission: Impossible III.)

an interesting trailer, but i like mine better. iron man's trailer has superior music, acting, FX and humor, just as I expect the movie will. also, why is abrams releasing this in january? was it not good enough for the summer blockbuster slate?
The Transformer parallels are intriguing - i saw the trailer for 1-18-08 before Transformers in the theater and i saw the Iron Man trailer after watching Transformers on DVD. What does that mean? Probably that I saw Transformers 2 times too many.
I'm gonna go with P on this one, I think the CLOVERFIELD trailer is cooler than IRONMAN trailer. The Cloverfield trailer really leaves you in the dark about what is going on, while Ironman just puts it out there. Ironman does look pretty sweet though, but I think Cloverfield is on my must watch at the movie theater list now. BADASS!
